Determine whether following structures are chiral or not.
It is chiral. The carbon connected with 4 different groups is stereogenic centre. Its configuration is S.
It is also chiral. Its mirror image is not superimposable.

A 95.0 kg basketball player can leap straight up in the air to a height of 100.0 cm. The player bends his leg until the upper part of his body is dropped by 40 cm, then he begins his jump. a) With what speed must the player leave the ground to reach a height of 100 cm? b) What was his acceleration, assumed to be constant, as he jumped (before his feet left the ground)? c) What does the scale read before he begins his jump if he standing on a scale that reads in newton? d) What does the scale read after his feet leave the ground? e)What does the scale read as he jumps?
